Maine - 2023
Ellen & Steve headed to Maine for a one week painting workshop on Monhegan Island…just a short way off the Maine coast. Then, we spent another week headquartered at Cushing Cottage, as we explore both new and familiar, including the super fun Fryberg Fair.
Steve began the drive to Maine on September27, 2022, and picked Ellen up at the Boston airport on October 1, 2022. Steve’s drive of 1,990 miles took 4 days and was uneventful, except for beautiful scenery along the way. Our Saturday morning drive from Boston to Port Clyde to catch our ferry to Monhegan Island was beautiful, as the fall colors were still in full display.
