Debbie, here are several versions of the photo you selected...which is one of my favorites from the Olympic Peninsula. 

The size shown in the table are the sizes available from my lab for metal with acrylic facing. 

The file name depicts what the aspect ratio is, showing you the viewable area for each. For a couple of the photo aspect ratios, I show you 2 or 3 versions, as one has to select with those ratios what exactly you want to focus on, as you don't get the whole photo. The one on the website is the 3x5 ratio...nice and wide, showing virtually all of the original photo.

Here is the price list...which is exactly what I pay...no markups for our best buds.

There are a couple of add-ons, also.  Shipping for a 30x50 (for example) is $70 for ground and $99 for 2-day shipping.

In addition, any print with a dimension over 40" (which a 30x50 is) requires a crate at $65.

So, a 30x50 (which of course is the perfect size), with large posts and 1/4" acrylic, would be $532+$99+$65, which is a grand total of $696. For 1/2" acrylic it would be $809. 

Processing time is 2-3 days. They indicate that this size of acrylic "may take up to an additional 2 weeks", but I've called them and they are checking on their stock to see whether that is a factor. They will call me back, but in the meantime, let me know if we are in your ballpark.
